Summary
This study is testing if temporarily reducing tube feeding before turning critically ill lung failure patients onto their stomachs helps them recover better. It involves 259 adults in intensive care with severe ARDS. The goal is to see if this small change in feeding timing reduces stomach problems and improves patient outcomes.
