Can early food coaching prevent health problems in kids with autism?
NCT ID NCT05194345
Summary
This study tested a nutrition coaching program called 'Autism Eats' for toddlers with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The goal was to see if teaching parents specific feeding strategies could help their children eat more fruits and vegetables and develop better mealtime habits early on. Researchers compared the program to basic nutrition information to see if it was helpful and practical for families.
