Can a simple diet guide boost Brain-Building nutrients in donated breast milk?
NCT ID NCT07042009
Summary
This study aims to see if new, easy-to-understand nutrition guides can help breast milk donors improve the levels of important omega-3 fats in their milk. Researchers will work with 60 new donors, providing them with dietary resources and tracking changes in their milk and diet over eight weeks. The goal is to create better guidelines to ensure donated milk provides optimal nutrition for vulnerable premature babies.
