Summary
This study aims to gather detailed information about the body composition, diet, exercise, and supplement use of Spanish athletes with disabilities. Researchers will observe 300 athletes to create a clearer picture of their health and fitness needs. The goal is to collect data that can help design better, more personalized nutrition and training programs for this population in the future.
