Summary
This study looked at whether a nutrition education program could improve nursing students' knowledge about food, their eating habits, physical activity, and sleep quality. 42 nursing students took part in the program and were checked before, right after, and three months later. The goal was to see if teaching healthy eating can help students build better lifelong habits.
