Can a class teach future nurses to eat and sleep better?
NCT ID NCT07382102
Summary
This study tested whether a special nutrition education program could improve nursing students' knowledge about healthy eating, their actual food choices, physical activity, and sleep quality. Forty-two nursing students took part in the multi-session classes. Researchers measured their habits and knowledge before the classes, right after, and again three months later to see if any changes lasted.
