Summary
This study looks at whether nutrition education given by nurses can help people who had coronary artery bypass surgery make better food choices and stick to a healthy diet. About 160 adults who recently had surgery will take part. The goal is to improve eating habits, weight, and overall well-being, not to cure heart disease.
