Summary
This study tested a nutrition care program to prevent frailty in older adults at risk. Researchers screened 30 elderly people in community centers in Taiwan and Japan, then used motivational interviews and design thinking to create personalized nutrition plans. The goal was to improve chewing, swallowing, nutrition, and frailty status.
