Summary
This study looks at whether a nutritious drink taken between meals can improve thinking skills and brain activity in healthy adults aged 70 and older. Over 9 weeks, 114 participants will consume the drink daily and undergo brain scans and other health tests. The goal is to see if the drink reduces low-grade inflammation and supports healthy aging.
