New feeding rules aim to speed recovery for sickest kids
NCT ID NCT07307027
Summary
This study is testing a new, step-by-step feeding plan for critically ill children in the intensive care unit. Researchers want to see if this plan helps children get the nutrition they need faster and with fewer interruptions, which may help them recover more quickly. The study will compare the outcomes of 80 children, half receiving the new plan and half receiving the usual care.
