Summary
This study tests a six-session training program for nursing students based on Travelbee's Human-to-Human Relationship theory. The goal is to see if it improves their willingness to work with older adults, empathy, and communication skills. 48 third-year nursing students will take part, with half receiving the training and half serving as a control group.
