Can special training calm student Nurses' nerves before treating kids?
NCT ID NCT07405580
Summary
This study is testing a new training program designed to help nursing students feel more prepared and less anxious before they start their hands-on clinical work with children. Researchers will compare two groups of about 50 students: one group gets the new training plus standard orientation, while the other gets only the standard orientation. The goal is to see if the extra program improves students' readiness, comfort, and confidence in pediatric nursing.
