New study tests better way to train nurses for critical catheter procedure

Summary
This study compares two different training methods for teaching nursing students how to insert urinary catheters safely. Researchers will randomly assign 102 first-year nursing students to either traditional simulation training or a newer hybrid simulation approach. The goal is to determine which method better improves students' knowledge, practical skills, confidence, and communication abilities when performing this important medical procedure.
