Nurse-led education may calm nerves before hyperbaric therapy

Summary

This study tests whether a special nursing education program can lower anxiety in people about to start hyperbaric chamber treatment. Researchers will compare this program to the usual care. About 42 participants will receive extra information and a half-hour session with videos before their first treatment.
