Can caring conversations help teens stop hurting themselves?
NCT ID NCT07368556
Summary
This study is testing whether a special nursing care program, based on a theory of human caring, can help teenagers who hurt themselves. The program involves one-on-one therapeutic conversations aimed at boosting self-esteem, self-compassion, and healthy coping skills. Researchers will compare 48 teens who receive the program to those who do not, to see if it makes a difference.
