Summary
This study aims to understand how nurses in surgical units use research findings in their daily patient care. Researchers will survey 184 nurses at a Turkish university hospital to measure their current practices and identify the main barriers and helpful factors. The goal is to gather information that can help hospital leaders create better training and support systems for nurses.
