First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 11, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study tests whether a nursing program using podcasts and videos can help women aged 42-58 feel better and take better care of themselves during the climacteric (the stage leading up to and after menopause). About 250 women from public health clinics in Barcelona will be randomly assigned to either receive the digital program or standard care. Researchers will measure changes in mental health, symptoms, and self-care ability using questionnaires before and after the program.
