Summary
This study is testing a leadership training program to see if it helps nurses and their managers use proven, research-based care methods in their daily work. It involves 300 nurses and managers from psychiatric and elder care units. The program aims to improve the use of two specific practices: suicide safety planning in mental health care and better malnutrition screening and treatment for older adults.
