Summary
This study follows 500 nursing students through their clinical internships to understand why some begin to psychologically distance themselves from nursing. Participants complete online surveys every three months about their experiences, stress, fatigue, and sleep. The goal is to identify early warning signs and build a model that predicts who is at highest risk of disengaging from the profession.
