Summary
This study tested if a special program combining personalized nursing care and guided exercise could help people with advanced lung cancer feel better during chemotherapy. It involved 100 patients, comparing this combined program to standard nursing care alone over 8 weeks. The goal was to see if the program could reduce severe tiredness, improve walking ability, and enhance overall quality of life.
