Can teamwork before practice make perfect nurses?

Summary
This study is testing a new way to teach nursing students. It will see if adding a teamwork-based learning session before a standard practice simulation helps students learn better and remember skills longer. About 150 third-year nursing students will be randomly assigned to try the new method or continue with the usual training. The researchers will measure the students' knowledge and skills right after the training and again months later.
