New teaching method tested for future nurses
NCT ID NCT07373665
Summary
This study compared two teaching methods for nursing students learning about pregnancy and childbirth care. Researchers tested whether problem-based learning (working through real-life scenarios) was better than traditional lectures at improving students' thinking skills and knowledge retention. The trial involved 312 nursing students in Egypt who were randomly assigned to either the new teaching method or standard lectures.
