Summary

This study is testing whether a special four-week educational program can improve nursing students' cultural sensitivity and compassion. It involves 80 students in Turkey, with half receiving the new training and half not. The goal is to see if this type of education helps future nurses provide better, more equitable care to people from different backgrounds.
