Summary
This study tested if giving extra training to nurses helps prevent complications in patients receiving a feeding tube (PEG). Sixty adults who needed a feeding tube took part. Half received standard care, while the other half had nurses with special education. Researchers tracked problems like infections or tube issues to see if the extra training made a difference.
