Summary
This study tests whether specially trained nurses can place arterial lines as well as experienced doctors. Arterial lines are thin tubes inserted into an artery to monitor blood pressure in surgery or intensive care. The research will compare the success rate, speed, and safety of the procedure between the two groups across multiple hospitals.
