Summary
This study tested a new training program for junior nurses on how to manage nutrition for very sick patients in the ICU. The goal was to see if this training improved the nurses' critical thinking skills and led to better patient outcomes. The results showed that nurses who received the training improved their skills, and their patients had better nutrition levels and higher satisfaction.
