Summary
This study tested a professional development program designed to help newly graduated nurses adjust to their jobs. Researchers followed 101 nurses in Sweden for a year to see if the program improved their clarity about their role, reduced stress, and increased job satisfaction. They compared nurses who went through the program to those who did not, using surveys and interviews.
