Summary
This study aims to learn directly from intensive care unit (ICU) nurses about their experiences managing phlebitis, a painful vein inflammation. Researchers will interview 25 experienced ICU nurses to understand the challenges they face and what helps them provide better care. The goal is to use these insights to improve patient safety and guide future nursing practices.
