Summary

This study tested a program led by school nurses to help high school students better manage their emotions and prevent bullying. About 100 teenagers from two schools in Bandung, Indonesia took part. One school received the program, which included lessons on identifying feelings, handling stress, and resolving conflicts, while the other continued normal activities. The goal was to see if the program could improve emotional control and reduce bullying behavior.
