Summary
This study is testing whether a nurse applying pressure to the lower back during contractions helps reduce labor pain and makes the birth experience more satisfying. It will involve 60 pregnant women who are in active labor. One group will receive this pressure technique, while the other receives standard care, to see which approach works better.
