Summary
This study tests a 12-week digital health education program led by nurses for young men who have bigorexia (muscle dysmorphia). The program aims to improve body image, reduce social anxiety about appearance, and lower bigorexia symptoms. About 68 men aged 18-30 who go to the gym and score high on a bigorexia scale will take part. The goal is to see if online education can help them feel healthier and more confident.
