Can a Nurse's guidance on eating and moving safely protect moms and babies from diabetes risks?

NCT ID NCT07382869

Summary

This study is testing whether personalized support from a nurse can help pregnant women manage gestational diabetes. It will compare two groups: one receiving special diet and exercise coaching, and another getting standard prenatal care. The goal is to see if this extra support leads to better blood sugar control for the mother and fewer complications for the baby, like being born too large.
