Summary
This study tested whether a special training program led by nurses could help family caregivers feel more confident and resilient. 42 caregivers of homebound patients were randomly assigned to receive either the 6-week training program or usual care. The program taught practical caregiving skills and stress management techniques to see if it improved caregivers' well-being.
