First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests whether special breathing exercises and chest therapy led by nurses can help people hospitalized with a sudden worsening of COPD. About 68 adults will either get these nurse-led treatments plus standard care, or standard care alone. The goal is to see if the extra help improves shortness of breath, oxygen levels, and lung function.
