Summary
This study aims to find the best way to form training groups for nurses. Researchers will compare putting nurses with similar learning styles together versus mixing different styles together during problem-based learning workshops. They will measure if one method helps nurses improve their medication safety skills, clinical reasoning, and care quality more effectively.
