Summary
This study aimed to understand why nurses of different ages stay in or leave their jobs. Researchers surveyed 646 licensed, working nurses to measure their job satisfaction, thoughts of quitting, and workplace skills. The goal was to gather data to help hospitals develop better training and support to retain nursing staff.
