NCT ID NCT07263568
Summary
This study tested whether a specific international disaster nursing training program improves nurses' preparedness and mental resilience better than their usual training. Researchers compared two groups of 80 nurses—one receiving the special training and another receiving regular training—using surveys before and after the programs. The goal was to see which approach better equips nurses to handle disasters and maintain their psychological strength.
