New digital coach aims to sharpen Life-Saving decisions in Children's ICU

Summary
This study is testing a new digital support system designed to help nurses in pediatric intensive care units make better decisions about patient care. About 35 nurses will use the tool for 15-30 days, and researchers will measure if it improves their decision-making skills. The goal is to understand if this kind of digital guidance is helpful and what nurses think about using it in their high-pressure work environment.
