Summary
This study aims to see if a special training program can improve compassion and caring behaviors in nurses. Researchers will enroll 60 nurses from a university hospital to complete a four-session training course that uses videos and case studies. The main goal is to measure if the training increases the nurses' self-reported compassion skills and changes how they view caring for patients.
