New program aims to ease burnout for nurses in baby ICUs

Summary
This study tested a 6-month program for neonatal nurses that combines empowerment training and storytelling sessions. The goal was to see if it could strengthen their professional identity and reduce burnout. A total of 172 nurses from different hospitals took part, with some receiving the program and others continuing usual care.
