Summary

This study tested a 6-month program that combines empowerment and storytelling sessions for nurses working in newborn intensive care units. The goal was to see if it could strengthen their professional identity and reduce feelings of burnout. 172 nurses from multiple hospitals took part, with some receiving the program and others continuing usual care.
