Study finds most spanish nurses lack key emergency skills, training program shows promise

NCT ID NCT07207616

Summary

This study first measured how much Spanish nurses knew about advanced life support (ALS), which are the critical steps for treating cardiac arrest. It found that over 70% of nurses scored below the passing level. To address this, researchers then tested a training program that combined online learning with hands-on practice. The program successfully improved the nurses' knowledge and skills.
