Nose numbing trick may ease botox migraine shot pain

Summary
This study tests if placing a numbing cotton swab inside the nose before Botox injections for chronic migraine can reduce the pain of the shots. About 18 adults who get these injections will try both the numbing medicine and a saltwater placebo in random order. The goal is to see if this simple step makes the procedure more comfortable.
