Summary
This study tests an experimental oral drug called NTS071 in adults with advanced solid tumors that have a specific change in the TP53 gene (Y220C mutation). The trial has two phases: first, to check safety and find the right dose, and second, to see if the drug shrinks tumors. About 220 participants who have already tried other cancer treatments will be enrolled.
