New hope for tough lung cancers: drug trial targets immunotherapy failures

Summary

This study tests a drug called SAR445877 in people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has not responded to or has stopped responding to immunotherapy. The goal is to see if the drug can help control the cancer. About 29 adults will take part in this early-stage trial at M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.
