New hope for hard-to-treat lung cancer: targeted therapy MK-1084 enters trial

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called MK-1084 in people with advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change (KRAS G12C). The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink tumors. About 190 adults who have already tried other treatments will take part.
