Summary
This study observes how the immune system responds after standard treatment for advanced lung cancer. Researchers will review medical records of 50 patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer who received chemo-radiation followed by immunotherapy. The goal is to understand immune response patterns and how they relate to survival, without giving any new treatment.
