Summary

This Phase 2 trial tests an oral drug called NS-863 in 177 adults with pulmonary hypertension linked to interstitial lung disease (PH-ILD). Participants will receive either a low dose, high dose, or placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal is to see if the drug improves blood vessel resistance in the lungs and is safe.
