First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding the experimental drug NRT6008 to standard chemotherapy is safe and helps shrink tumors in people with advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 10 adults aged 18 to 85 with this condition will receive the combination. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also measuring how well the cancer responds.
