First seen May 11, 2026 · Last updated May 11, 2026

Summary

This early-phase trial tests whether adding an experimental drug called NRT6008 to standard chemotherapy is safe and effective for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. About 10 adults aged 18 to 85 will take part. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also measuring how well the tumors shrink or stop growing.
